HOW IT WORKS:
We use a process called Hot water extraction
HWE works by forcing high pressure, steam into the surface of your upholstery . This steam mixes with the soils and contaminants deep, which is then extracted instantaneously using our powerful vacuum pumps.
Upholstery cleaning requires a softer touch. Less pressure, a bit less heat and an in depth understanding of chemicals.
HWE is 100% eco friendly and does not use any toxic cleaning agents unlike other other cleaning methods.
HWE leaves furniture residue free with no grainy particulates on the surface. In fact it is left fluffier and softer than before!

Your furniture is amongst the most valuable assets in your home.
Restore it to immaculate condition with trusted professionals
The Upholstery Experts
Our cleaning process
1. Upholstery cleaning requires a soft touch
We'll take care of your house and furniture like it's our own. We walk on our own rubber mats, use corner guards to protect your walls and wear shoe covers to keep outside soils out and lay down protective sheets on wool rugs to prevent overspray
3. Pre-treat with eco-friendly cleaning product
Spot treating is upholstery chemistry 101. Your technician will have a full chemical set to remove the most stubborn stains out of your lounge set. Wine, food, pet urine, dirt, vomit. Whatever it is, we have a chemical for it!
5. Extraction
Using emulsified, heated water and a powerful vacuum system we completely rinse and remove the dirt, soil and stains from the upholstery.
2. Professional pre-inspection and consultation before commencing work
Your technician will do a walk through to identify any areas of particular concern, discuss your expectations of the job at hand and answer any questions you may have.
4. A little bit of elbow grease!
We take the time to agitate (scrub) and loosen the dirt and soil. Due to the time and labor it takes, this step is often skipped by some professionals but we believe it's absolutely necessary to remove the most soil.
6. We NEVER apply fabric protection. Here's why:
'Scotchgard' has a dreaded ingredient called PFOS. Constant exposure to these chemicals can lead to some pretty scary health defects including weakened immunity, hormonal imbalances, reduced fertility and an increased risk of cancer. For your health and safety we do not offer these treatments.
